Each year the Parish of Bearley hosts an Annual Parish Meeting (also known as Annual Parish Assembly). Its purpose is to provide an opportunity for residents to speak regarding any matter of (relevant) interest to the parish. It provides the Parish Council the platform to provide residents of an update on what it has been doing over the last year.
It should be noted that although the meeting is formally called by the Parish Council, it is not a formal Council meeting.
On Thursday 29 April 2021, via Zoom, reports were presented by County and District Councillors, Bearley Village Hall, Digital Inclusion Club (Computer club), Friends of Bearley Village (FoBV), Friends of Bearley Park, St Mary the Virgin, Ladies Table Tennis Group, Snipe Short Mat Bowls, Bearley Cricket Club and Bearley United Football Club.
