MS Countrywide Properties Ltd have plans to bring forward a mixed use redevelopment of Bearley Mill and the former Countrywide Stores site, combining a small scale residential development and new business units.
Before a planning application is submitted to Stratford-on-Avon District Council, they would like to hear feedback from residents on the proposed development.
The consultation will run until 28 February 2021.
